About Timber Top Terrace
Timber Top Terrace, the jewel of the Pocono Mountains, is a stunning chalet-style retreat. This freshly built, three-level mountain getaway is designed with space, style, and comfort in mind—making it perfect for large families and group vacations. The home features six generously sized bedrooms, offering ten queen beds and one king bed, along with three full bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone in your group. At the heart of the home is a spacious living area with a cozy gas fireplace, a beautifully designed kitchen, and a massive balcony complete with a 16-person dining table—ideal for meals surrounded by nature. Downstairs, guests can enjoy a game room with a pool table and hot tub access, creating the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment. Large Smart TVs are located in all bedrooms, the living room, and the game room for easy access to streaming and entertainment throughout your stay. The home is fully stocked with bed linens, comforters, bath towels, and washcloths, so you can simply unpack and unwind.

Things to Note
Your furry friends may be permitted for an additional fee. Only hypoallergenic, non-shedding dogs are permitted inside the home. Due to this home’s size, a minimum of 6 guests are required to book. The base nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. After that, the price increases by $50 per person per night. Upon booking, a short-term rental agreement along with some other community forms will be provided for you to fill out. Please contact us if you have any other questions! Towamensing Trails
Timber Top Terrace is a newly constructed home located on a quiet and private lot and is surrounded by trees and the natural backdrop of Towamensing Trails. Our guests enjoy the various amenities of the community including lake access, in-ground pool, outdoor basketball & tennis courts, volleyball, private club house, and walking trails. Our exclusive community provides for a private, yet fun & adventurous stay! Amenities are seasonal, only open in the summer. Wristbands are required for entry. Your reservation includes up to 8 wristbands for free. After that, you are able to purchase up to an additional 8 wristbands directly from Towamensing Trails at $10/person/day. Everyone 5 years of age and older are required to wear a wristband to access any of the amenities.

- No loud parties or events; quiet hours after 10:00 PM
- Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the hot tub
- NO SMOKING (including vaping)
- Any sign of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fumigation fee. Smoking is permitted outside the home when all windows and doors are completely closed.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund 24 hours after booking accepted, if booking is requested at least 30 days before check-in
