The open-concept kitchen includes a breakfast bar that seats four, beldning seamlessly into the dining area with a custom table for eight. The home is tastefully decorated with custom touches throughout and includes a game room complete with a pool table and bar—perfect for evenings in. Cozy Cove comes fully stocked with bed linens, comforters, towels, and washcloths, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups looking for comfort, privacy, and plenty of space to relax.

Your furry friends may be permitted for an additional fee. Only hypoallergenic, non-shedding dogs are permitted inside the home. The base nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. After that, the price increases by $35 per person per night. Upon booking, a short-term rental agreement along with some other community forms will be provided for you to fill out. Towamensing Trails
Cozy Cove is a recently renovated home located on a quiet and private lot and is surrounded by trees and the natural backdrop of Towamensing Trails. Our guests enjoy the various amenities of the community including lake access, in-ground pool, outdoor basketball & tennis courts, volleyball, private club house, and walking trails. Our exclusive community provides for a private, yet fun & adventurous stay! Amenities are seasonal, only open in the summer. Wristbands are required for entry. Your reservation includes up to 8 wristbands for free. After that, you are able to purchase up to an additional 2 wristbands directly from Towamensing Trails at $10/person/day. Everyone 5 years of age and older are required to wear a wristband to access any of the amenities.

- Any sign of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fumigation fee. Smoking is permitted outside the home when all windows and doors are completely closed.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund 24 hours after booking accepted, if booking is requested at least 30 days before check-in
- 50% refund 30 days before check-in
