TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website to directly book with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Any unauthorized use of the website, including scraping, automated data collection, or accessing areas of the site without permission may result in legal action. If you disagree with any parts of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION – We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information that you provide during the booking process. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES – Our website integrates with third-party platforms, such as Hospitable, to manage reservations and payments. By using our site and booking through these services, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions as well. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of any third-party services.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT – To confirm your reservation, payment is required. Hospitable is our third-party reservation platform that we use to manage your reservation and payment. Hospitable accepts all major credit cards. We do not accept payments through cash, checks, or mobile payment apps.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Guests will receive a 100% refund 24 hours after booking is accepted, if booking is requested at least 30 days before check-in. Guests will received a 50% refund 30 days before check-in. Guests will receive no refund if cancelled within 30 days of check-in. In the rare event that Rebel Ridge Rentals must cancel a reservation, guest(s) will be notified as quickly as possible and refunded 100% of any monies paid. We strongly encourage guest(s) to purchase trip insurance to protect against cancellations and other unforeseen circumstances.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT – Rebel Ridge Rentals will provide the guest with an electronic lock code to the scheduled house. Guest(s) may check in any time after 3:00 PM ET on the scheduled arrival date. Early check-ins may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Guest(s) must check out by 11:00 AM ET on the scheduled departure date. Late check-outs may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. A late check-out may result in additional charges.

FALSIFIED BOOKING – If a guest(s) created a booking under false pretense, including but not limited to, a falsified name, age, or size of party, the guest(s) will be subject to immediate termination eviction without refund.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum occupancy for each property varies and is specified at the time of booking. Exceeding the stated occupancy limit without prior approval from Rebel Ridge Rentals may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Each property is intended for the enjoyment of registered guest(s) only, and additional visitors or events must be pre-approved.

PROPERTY CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS – Our properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival and after your stay. We must be notified of any damage or repair needs as soon as possible. If you find that you are unsatisfied with anything in the home upon arrival, notify our emergency contacts which can be found in “Contact Us“.

DAMAGE AND REPAIRS – Guest(s) are responsible for reporting any damage to the property or its contents. While we understand that accidents happen, any damages caused during your stay that exceed normal wear and tear may result in additional charges. We reserve the right to access the property to make necessary repairs during your stay. Failure to report damages or allow access for repairs may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.

PROHIBITED ITEMS – For the safety and comfort of all guest(s), certain items are strictly prohibited on the property. These include fireworks of any kind, portable hot tubs, inflatable pools, bounce houses, open flames (except in designated fire pits or grills), illegal substances or activities, and weapons of any kind. The use or possession of any prohibited items may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments. If you have any questions regarding specific items, contact Rebel Ridge Rentals.

MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK A RESERVATION – The minimum age to book a reservation is 24 years old. The individual making the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions. A valid government-issued ID may be required to verify age at the time of booking or check-in. Failure to meet the minimum age requirement may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

TRASNFERABILITY – The booking is exclusively for the guest(s) named on the reservation. Subletting or allowing unauthorized guest(s) to stay at the property is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to transfer or sublet the reservation may result in the immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund.

PROPERTY RULES AND REGULATIONS – Guest(s) are required to comply with all property rules and community regulations during their stay. These rules are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guest(s). Violations of these rules, including noise disturbances, unauthorized guest(s), or illegal activities, may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Guest(s) are also responsible for any fines or penalties imposed due to violations of community guidelines. Please respect the property, its surroundings, and neighbors, and adhere to quiet hours and other local ordinances.

TRASH AND WASTE – Guest(s) are responsible for taking out their trash and dropping it off at the specified trash facility, which is clearly mentioned at the entrance of the house. Failure to properly dispose of trash before check-out may result in additional charges.

PETS – We welcome pets of non-shedding breeds only, subject to a pet fee of $175 per stay. Guest(s) must notify Rebel Ridge Rentals in advance if they plan to bring a pet. Failure to declare a pet or bringing an unauthorized pet may result in additional cleaning fees or the termination of the stay without a refund. Please ensure pets are well-behaved and do not cause damage to the property. Guest(s) are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they adhere to any community-specific pet regulations.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS – Rebel Ridge Rentals is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind, lost, or damaged during your stay. We recommend that guest(s) ensure all personal items are secured and accounted for before departing the property.
