About Lakeside Lookout Lodge
Lakeside Lookout Lodge is a newly renovated gem nestled in the heart of the Poconos, just steps from the water. This spacious six-bedroom, three-bathroom mountain home is designed for unforgettable group getaways—sleeping up to 16 guests with a variety of bed sizes to ensure comfort for everyone. The open-concept main level features a chef’s kitchen, a striking live-edge dining table, and a cozy fireplace, all framed by lake views. Outside, a two-tiered deck provides the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening drinks, while the hot tub, shuffleboard, and pool table add plenty of entertainment. Located just 500 feet from the lake and directly across from the community pool, beach, and clubhouse, the location couldn’t be better. Smart TVs are featured in all bedrooms and both the living room and game room, offering easy access to streaming throughout the home. Bed linens, comforters, towels, and washcloths are all provided—just arrive and relax.

Things to Note
Your furry friends may be permitted for an additional fee. Only hypoallergenic, non-shedding dogs are permitted inside Lakeside Lookout Lodge. Due to this home’s size, a minimum of 6 guests are required to book. The base nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. After that, the price increases by $50 per person per night. Upon booking, a short-term rental agreement along with some other community forms will be provided for you to fill out. Please contact us if you have any other questions! Towamensing Trails
Lakeside Lookout Lodge is a recently renovated home located in a quiet and private community and is surrounded by trees and the natural backdrop of Towamensing Trails. Our guests enjoy the various amenities of the community including lake access, in-ground pool, outdoor basketball & tennis courts, volleyball, private club house, and walking trails. Our exclusive community provides for a private, yet fun & adventurous stay! Amenities are seasonal, only open in the summer. Wristbands are required for entry. Your reservation includes up to 8 wristbands for free. After that, you are able to purchase up to an additional 8 wristbands directly from Towamensing Trails at $10/person/day. Everyone 5 years of age and older are required to wear a wristband to access any of the amenities.

- Self check-in with smart lock
- Minimum age to book is 24
- No loud parties or events; quiet hours after 10:00 PM
- Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the hot tub
- NO SMOKING (including vaping)
- Any sign of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fumigation fee. Smoking is permitted outside the home when all windows and doors are completely closed.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund 24 hours after booking accepted, if booking is requested at least 30 days before check-in
- 50% refund 30 days before check-in
